We've coined the phrase "resi-mercial" construction as it best captures our unique business model in having the infrastructure of a volume homebuilder but operating more like a commercial GC. 

During the course of your project, we handle all of the back-office accounting workload these developments require. We provide a simple bi-monthly or monthly draw outlining the progress of the development, the milestones achieved during the specified period and a summary of the draw request for your lender. Our team also handles all the day to day vendor communications to ensure the project stays on time and on budget.
